1. Scope and Contracting Seller
These Terms of Purchase govern orders placed through https://selvoram.com.
The Selvoram online store is operated by Hangzhou Jihu Technology Co., Ltd., referred to in these terms as “Selvoram,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

Please read these terms before placing an order. They should be read together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable policies.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Product Information
We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, materials, and care instructions.
Customers should review the product page and available options before ordering. Colors may appear differently across screens, and minor variations may occur where reasonably inherent to the material or manufacturing process.
These variations do not excuse a product that is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
3. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact the customer and explain the available options, which may include cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
We will not knowingly retain payment for an order that we cannot fulfill without providing the customer with the appropriate information and remedies.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout page. The customer should review the final order total before payment.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable amounts will be displayed or disclosed as required by law.
We may correct genuine pricing or description errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will take reasonable steps to contact the customer and resolve the matter lawfully rather than treating an incorrect amount as automatically binding in every circumstance.
5. Order Submission and Acceptance
When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed at checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Order acceptance and contract formation will be determined by the checkout process and applicable law.
We may need to review an order for payment authorization, stock availability, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or obvious technical errors.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and arrange any refund due for amounts already collected.
6. Payment

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will review whether the order has entered processing, been packed, or been dispatched. We cannot guarantee that a requested change will be possible after fulfillment has begun.
Where a cancellation right is required by applicable law, this section does not remove that right.
If an order is canceled and a refund is due, the refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy and legal requirements.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, estimated transit times, shipping fees, tracking, and delivery issues are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. We will take reasonable steps to fulfill accepted orders and address material delivery problems.
Our policies do not automatically transfer all carrier-related risk to the customer. Rights and remedies for loss, non-delivery, damage, or delay will be determined under applicable law and the actual circumstances.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Goods
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes any remedy required where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the contract.
10. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery details and for reviewing the order before submission.
If information is incomplete or incorrect, delivery or order processing may be affected. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with corrections where feasible.

11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility conditions, validity periods, and exclusions.
Where a promotion has a limited duration, minimum purchase amount, or product restriction, those conditions should be disclosed clearly before checkout.
We may correct a genuine promotional configuration error, subject to applicable law and any rights arising from an order already accepted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the purchase contract was formed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting seller, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to the customer and transaction.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve purchase-related disputes through customer service before pursuing formal proceedings.
Any court or dispute-resolution provision must be applied consistently with mandatory jurisdiction and consumer rights. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to surrender a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Merchant review required: Before publication, obtain legal review of the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions for the actual business structure and target markets. Do not insert a foreign jurisdiction merely for appearance.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our business, checkout process, or legal obligations. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order where prohibited by law.
