What products does Selvoram offer?
Our collection includes tabletop accessories such as table linens, napkin rings, centerpieces, vases, and other decorative accents. Product availability may change as collections are updated.
How can I find the dimensions and materials of a product?
Please review the relevant product page before placing your order. Available dimensions, materials, colors, included components, and care information should be listed with the product.
If important information is missing, contact us before purchasing.
Will the product look exactly like the photographs?
We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately. However, colors may appear different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. Minor variations may also occur between individual items.
These differences do not remove your rights if a product is materially different from its description.
How should I care for my table accessories?
Care instructions depend on the specific material. Follow the instructions provided on the product page or packaging. Do not assume that a decorative item is dishwasher-safe, heat-resistant, washable, or suitable for food contact unless its product information expressly confirms this.
Orders and Payments
How do I place an order?
Select the product and any available options, add it to your cart, enter your delivery information, and complete checkout using an available payment method.
Please review the product details, delivery address, and total amount before submitting your order.
When is my order confirmed?
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact us with the email address used for your purchase.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not prevent us from addressing payment failures, inventory errors, or other legitimate order issues under our Terms of Purchase.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact service@selvoram.com as soon as possible. Requests made before fulfillment may be easier to accommodate, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.
What payment methods can I use?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers.
Please contact the relevant provider or our support team if you experience a payment error.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does processing take?
The proposed standard processing period is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from transit time and may be affected by holidays, stock availability, or other operational circumstances.
How long does delivery take?
For eligible US destinations, the proposed estimate is 7–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual timing depends on the destination, carrier, and other factors.
Please check the Shipping Policy and the delivery information displayed at checkout before ordering.
Is shipping free?
The current storefront displays a free-shipping threshold of US$50. Confirm that this threshold is active and identify the eligible destinations and exclusions before relying on it. Applicable shipping charges should be shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, we will send shipment information to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.
What if my package is delayed or missing?
Contact service@selvoram.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier.
A delivery scan alone will not automatically prevent us from reviewing a reasonable report of non-delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product?
The proposed policy allows eligible products to be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. The applicable conditions, exceptions, and return procedure are described in the Return Policy.
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not limited by this proposed voluntary return period.
How do I request a return?
Email service@selvoram.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Include photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Wait for instructions before shipping anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping where permitted by law and where the applicable policy was disclosed before purchase.
For an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
When will I receive my refund?
Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, approved refunds are proposed to be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the funds.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the report and explain the available replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
